About ContracOnline

ContracOnline is a project management system for developers and contractors of high-volume housing projects, including low cost housing or RDP projects.

It was successfully implemented in the provincial departments of housing in North West (2014-2017) and Limpopo (2019-2020) to facilitate and manage the inspection and claim processes of all the RDP housing projects in those provinces. It provided a high-level management reporting tool and equipped developers with a very efficient and easy to use administration tool to manage their inspections and claims. The department inspectors also logged onto the system to receive inspection requests, conduct the results and to easily produce a report.
